MUNICIPAL AQUATIC CENTRE

The City of St. Catharines invites “Expression of Interest” submissions for Design and Construction Administration for a new municipal Aquatic Centre in Lester B. Pearson Park at the intersection of Carlton Street and Niagara Street in St. Catharines, Ontario.

It is anticipated that design work will commence in July, 2008 with construction of the project to beginning in April 2009, and will be implemented through a stipulated sum contract. The City of St. Catharines may wish to pursue LEED certification for this facility.
